2. Product Information

We strive to display all product details accurately. However, slight variations in color, design, or engraving may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery.

3. Personalised Orders

Custom/personalised items are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect. Please double-check spelling, fonts, and selected options before checkout.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and COD (Cash on Delivery) on selected orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are mentioned on the Shipping Information page. KAKTIYA is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party courier issues.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders for non-customised products may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Customised orders cannot be cancelled once in production.

7. Return & Exchange

All customer data is protected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your information.

9. Limitation of Liability
