Cancellation & Refund Policy

At KAKTIYA, each piece is handcrafted with precision and care. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a transparent and fair policy for cancellations and refunds.

🛑 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
  • Customised or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@kaktiya.com or WhatsApp us at 8505085263 with your order number.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds for cancelled or returned items will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after verification.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Custom-made or engraved jewellery once processed
  • Orders cancelled after the 12-hour window
  • Products returned in used/damaged condition
