All personalised jewellery is handcrafted and typically delivered within 3–6 business days after processing.
2. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped. You can also track your order here.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, non-customised orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. Customised orders cannot be changed once production begins.
4. What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days for non-customised products. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Read our Return & Exchange Policy.
