Return & Exchange Policy

At KAKTIYA, every piece is handcrafted with care, precision, and love. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original KAKTIYA packaging.
• Returns are not applicable on personalised/customised jewellery unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

• Engraved or custom-made products
• Items purchased during a sale or with discount codes (unless damaged)
• Gift cards and free items

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refund will be issued via UPI/bank transfer.

🔄 Exchange Process

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or design, we will be happy to assist, subject to availability.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
